Questions
Before you book
How do I get my photos?
Sign in to the account you used at checkout. Your pictures, bookings and orders are there. Existing customers can still use their student code and PIN.
What happens to my reference photo?
We keep only the facial features needed to recognise you — not the photo itself — and use them only to find you in Enfoni shoot photos. You can replace or remove it at any time from your profile.
Are my stage photos free?
Yes. Stage photos can be viewed and downloaded from your gallery. Studio photos unlock with a paid package.
How do I pay for a booking?
Create an account with your email and password, then pay by card or Mobile Money. Your confirmation is saved in your account.
I need help with my account.
WhatsApp us on 0560223703 or email info@enfoni.com and we will sort it out.
