By accessing or using the Enfoni platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including students, editors, and administrators.
Enfoni is a graduation photography management platform that facilitates the capture, review, and delivery of graduation photographs for university students in Ghana. The platform is operated by Enfoni GH and is made available to participating institutions.
Student accounts are provisioned by your institution or created via the self-registration page. You are identified by your unique student code. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential. Enfoni is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your PIN.
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. Enfoni does not store your card details. Payments are non-refundable once a studio package has been unlocked and photos made accessible. If you experience a payment issue, contact us within 7 days.
Photos taken during your graduation session are the property of Enfoni GH and your institution, licensed to you for personal use upon payment. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute photos for commercial purposes. Enfoni reserves the right to use anonymised photos for platform demonstration purposes unless you formally object.
Photos for students who do not complete their session or make a payment within 90 days of upload may be removed from the platform. Paid and approved photos are retained for a minimum of 12 months from your graduation date.
By registering on Enfoni, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account — including your student code, photo status updates, and order confirmations. These are service messages, not marketing. Standard network rates from your carrier may apply.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other students' accounts, reverse-engineer any part of the system, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and referral to your institution.
Enfoni GH is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, third-party service failures (including Paystack, Cloudinary, or SMS providers), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for services on the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) and the Electronic Transactions Act 2008 (Act 772). Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email.
